Booking
To reserve an appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking. Please note that the card will not be charged for the service. You will be able to pay in person either by card, Zelle or exact cash at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation & Reschedules
If you need to cancel or reschedule please try to do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. There is a non-refundable 35% of service cancellation fee that will be charged to the card on file for any appointments canceled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Two or more consecutive cancellations or reschedules will result in a 35% service fee, even if the changes were made before the 24-hour window. This helps maintain fairness and consistency in scheduling.
Late Arrivals
If you’re running late, please text 909-278-8088 with your estimated arrival time.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require adjusting or shortening your service, and in some cases, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation/no-show..
Guests and Children
To keep the studio safe, focused, and relaxing for all clients, children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments unless approved ahead of time.
